Welcome to Mothgrave Books. These Terms of Service govern your purchase of physical books and your use of our website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Intellectual Property & Copyright

• Ownership: All content on this website, including the text of the stories and all illustrations, is the exclusive intellectual property of Mothgrave Books and its creator.

• Restrictions: Your purchase of a physical book conveys ownership of that specific physical copy only. You do not acquire any copyright or reproduction rights. You may not scan, photocopy, or redistribute the artwork or text for commercial purposes without express written permission.

3. Content Disclaimers

• Fiction: Our stories are works of fiction. Names, characters, places, and incidents are products

• Veterinary/non-expert disclaimer: Our stories and illustrations are for entertainment and artistic purposes only. While our stories may feature animals with physical disabilities or unique needs (such as our three-legged dog protagonist), the content of this book and website is not intended to be a substitute for professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. 

 

4. Sales and Payments

• Orders: All orders are subject to availability. Mothgrave Books reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including stock limitations or errors in product information.

• Pricing: Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and do not include shipping costs or applicable taxes, which will be calculated at checkout, unless otherwise stated.

• Payment: Payments are processed securely via our third-party payment processors. Mothgrave Books does not store your credit card details.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Processing Time: We are an independent press. Please allow 3–5 business days for us to package your order with care.

• Shipping: We ship via USPS. Mothgrave Books is not responsible for delays caused by the postal service or for items lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. Returns and Refunds

​

• Damaged Items: We want your book to arrive in perfect condition. If your book is damaged during transit, please contact us at winky@mothgravebooks.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will gladly send a replacement copy.

• General Returns: Because we are a small indie operation, we generally do not accept returns for "change of heart." Please review the book description and images carefully before purchasing.

6. Limitation of Liability

 

Mothgrave Books is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this website or the purchase of our products.
