Refund & Return Policy

1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your book arrives damaged (e.g., significant corner crushing, torn pages, or water damage) or if you receive the wrong item, we will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost to you.

  • Notification: Please contact info@winkybooks.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • Requirement: To process a replacement, please include your order number and clear photos of both the damaged book and the original packaging.

2. Returns & "Change of Heart"

We do not currently accept returns for "change of mind." We provide detailed descriptions and photos of our books on the website to help you make an informed decision before purchasing.

3. Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

  • Incorrect Addresses: Mothgrave Books is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received the package, please contact your local USPS office. If the package is officially declared lost by the carrier, contact us at info@winkybooks.com and we will do our best to assist you.

4. Cancellations

You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. Once a shipping label has been created or the book has been picked up by the carrier, the order can no longer be canceled.
